What Changes Can You Make?
Open Season for 2003 ended on December 9, 2002. Go to this page to see the changes that you can make outside of open season, and the qualifying life events (QLEs) that enable you to make these changes. In addition, OPM occasionally authorizes special enrollment periods for people who are enrolled in health plan that are terminating or reducing their FEHB coverage.

How to Choose the Plan that is Best for You
Discusses the types of plans and their standard benefits, gives guidance for deciding which plan features are most important to you, and talks about Medicare coordination.

Compare Plans
By entering your ZIP code you will be able to see what plans are available to you, then you will be able to create side-by-side comparisons of selected plans, including their principal benefits, premiums, and quality indicators.

Enroll
Instructions for enrolling, including links to online enrollment for annuitants and employees of selected agencies.

2003 FEHB Guides
Our electronic versions of the paper guides that are published each year to provide open season information and instructions. The guides, used along with the plan brochures, provide full information on choosing a plan and enrolling or changing your current enrollment options.
