How to work with Argonne

Argonne is eager to work with private companies. We offer a number of programs that can benefit private companies such as yours. These include:

  • Cost-shared research and development
  • Reimbursable R&D (Work-for-Others)
  • Licensing
  • Technical assistance
  • Personnel exchange
  • Beta-test your new instrument

These programs enhance the laboratory's research and development, meet federal, national and international research needs, and increase the worldwide competitiveness of U.S. industry. Through these programs, industrial firms and other organizations – including federal, state and local governments and academic institutions – benefit from Argonne 's know-how and intellectual property in cutting-edge technologies, often leveraging their own in-house capabilities.

For more information, please see the Office of Technology Transfer home page or contact the office by phone at 800-627-2596 or e-mail at partners@anl.gov.

If you manufacture or sell a product or service that you think might be of interest to Argonne, please see Introduction to Argonne Procurement.
