Case Management/Electronic Case Filing Update
The United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi will begin Electronic Case Filing January 3, 2005. Please refer to the Administrative Procedures for information on Electronic Case Filing. To receive a login and password, please complete the registration form and submit to the clerk's office. If you have already submitted your registration form, your login information will be sent to you via email the first week of January. The clerk's office will begin scheduling ECF Training Classes for attorneys and their staff to be held in Oxford beginning in late January. Information regarding classes will be available soon. Court training is not required to file electronically, however, it is strongly recommended. If you have any questions concerning Electronic Case Filing, you may call the Clerk's Office in Oxford at (662) 234-1351, in Aberdeen at (662) 369-4952 or in Greenville at (662) 234-1351.
Notice 1/7/05 - The CM/ECF server will be restarted each morning at 2:00am and be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.
