3/Federal-Only Funds are the totals of Discretionary, Mandatory and the Federal Share of Matching Funds. The Mandatory and Matching allocations are based on the Deficit Reduction Act (P.L. 109-171). The Discretionary allocations are based on the FY2007 appropriations measure (P.L. 110-5). The Matching allocation does not include FY 2006 funds realloted in FY 2007. Back to Top To top of Page
