Program Reporting Requirements

Program progress and financial reports for the Services to Torture Survivors program are required on a semi-annual basis. Failure to submit reports on time may be the basis for withholding financial assistance payments, suspension, termination or denial of refunding. A history of such unsatisfactory performance may result in designation of "high risk" status for the recipient organization and may jeopardize potential future funding from DHHS.

A hard copy of each report is to be mailed to the ACF Office of Grants Management. An additional copy may be sent to the ORR program officer electronically, by mail, or via fax.
