qualified private, nonprofit, or public organizations (intermediaries) that provide technical assistance and training to
recipient organizations. |

recipients develop capacity and ability to undertake projects
related to housing, community facilities, or community and economic

Application requests
between $50,000 and $300,000 and used over 3 years. |

Matching funds from participating organizations must be provided from
other sources at least equal to grant. Other Federal
funds may be used as matching funds; in-kind contributions cannot. |

is published in the Federal Register. |
