Organizational Structure
The ODEO is comprised of the Office of the Assistant Administrator and two divisions with distinct roles: the Complaints Management Division and the Program Planning and Evaluation Division. These divisions report directly to the Assistant Administrator.
Office of the Assistant Administrator
The Office of the Assistant Administrator provides executive leadership and oversight for the effective management of all programs, resources, agency wide initiatives, and external requirements.

Complaints Management Division
The Complaints Management Division (CMD) manages and implements Agency wide policies and systems for processing, adjudicating and resolving individual and class discrimination complaints. This includes oversight of the informal complaints process conducted at the NASA Centers. The two major functions of this division are EEO Complaints Policy and Processing and Investigations, Hearings, Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Program Planning and Evaluation Division
The Program Planning and Evaluation Division (PPE) manages and directs a wide range of EEO and EO requirements regarding NASA assisted and conducted programs through effective policy and program development, analysis and evaluation, outreach, and monitoring. The division consists of three functional areas that are responsible for developing, managing and implementing policies, programs and activities throughout NASA.
