Export Services Program

Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) maintains the export program for the United States exporters of United States and foreign-origin agricultural commodities. The export program does not require certification of any exports, but does provide certification of commodities as a service to United States exporters.

User's Fees for Export Certificates
A Federal user fee cost per export certificate must be collected for each export certificate issued, except for export certificates issued by States or counties, or those issued for the reexport of noncommercial shipments.
