This Web page represents a compilation of the grant award letters, with special conditions included where applicable, for Part B and Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) beginning with Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2002. These funds, awarded under the IDEA, are appropriated by Congress and are intended to support early intervention and special education services for infants, toddlers and children with disabilities and their families.

The IDEA formula grant programs (Part B, Sections 611 and 619) assist states in providing a free appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment for children with disabilities ages 3 through 21 and support early intervention services (Part C) for infants and toddlers birth through age two and their families.
