Memberships/Donations
Memberships and donations are non-refundable.

Events
If you need to cancel your registration for an event, please contact
PCEI at least 48 hours before the start of the event. In case of an
emergency where you are unable to give 48 hours notice, please contact
us at info@pcei.org or (208)
881-1444.
If, in the unlikely event, of a cancellation, you may request a refund
up to 30 days after the original scheduled date.

VanPool Fees
VanPool fees are refundable if you are no longer a rider on a VanPool
route. Please contact the VanPool
Coordinator asap or call (208) 882-1444 if you need to cancel your
VanPool agreement. Your return will be prorated based on the number of
days left in the month that you cancel. VanPool fees are NOT refundable
for holidays, vacations or for days you choose not to ride. In case of
an emergency that prevents you from riding VanPool, contact the VanPool
Coordinator.

Community Garden Fees
Community Garden fees are not refundable except under exceptional
circumstances. Please contact the Watersheds Program Director (208)
882-1444 if you need to cancel your Community Garden reservation.

Learning Nursery Plant Guarantee
- We guarantee our plants will thrive when planted in the
appropriate growing conditions and given proper care.
- If a plant fails within 30 days of receipt, we can give you a
replacement plant (if available). Please contact PCEI at (208)
882-1444 or info@pcei.org to arrange
for your exchange.
- This guarantee does not cover loss due to neglect, animals, winter
losses, severe weather, or plants installed in soil or sun conditions
other than those recommended for that species.
- For best results, water your plants immediately, store in shaded
location, and plant your transplants within seven (7) days, weather
permitting.
- All claims for credit or refunds must be received within 60 days
of your purchase date.
- All learning nursery plants are nursery grown.

Merchandise
You may return unused and undamaged items purchased to PCEI within 30
days of receipt. If the merchandise is defective, please contact PCEI
within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a return/refund. We will
credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of
receiving the returned item. Ship authorized returns to the following
