program appropriations totalling $101.3 million,
plus $4.6 million in prior-year funds carried

prior-year deobligations, plus $580
thousand in funds provided by the U.S. Park
Service and the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services’ Agency for Healthcare
Research and Quality, plus $791 thousand in
non-federal contributions to NEH programs,
