The deadline for abstract submission and early registration for the upcoming 16th International Conference on Atomic Processes in Plasmas Meeting to be held in Monterey from March 22-26 is January 16th. The deadline for abstract submission for contributed papers to the upcoming International Astronomical Union Symposium 267 on the "Evolution of Galaxies and Central Black Holes: Feeding and Feedback" to be held in Rio de Janeiro from Aug 10-14 is February 2nd. The deadline for proposals for the Fermi Guest Investigator - Cycle 2 component of NASA's Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) - 2008 is March 6th. The deadline for proposals for the Astronomy and Physics Research and Analysis (APRA) component of NASA's Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) - 2008 is March 27th.
