Q.	Would Market Oversight like to receive suggestions for modifications and additions to the tables, charts and figures presented on the Market Oversight Web site?
A.	Yes. We strongly encourage comments, ideas, and suggestions on the usefulness of existing slides and look forward to suggestions for new slides. Many of the slides that have been added since the launch of the Market Oversight Web site have been the direct result of suggestions from interested parties. Q.	Does the Market Oversight Web site provide information on retail natural gas and electricity markets?
A.	No. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) does not have jurisdiction over retail natural gas or retail electricity markets, only wholesale markets. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) collects state level retail consumption and price information. Please visit the Energy Information Administration Web site for further information on retail energy markets.
Q.	Can Market Oversight provide the information behind the tables, charts and figures?
A.	No. Much of the data presented in the tables, charts and figures posted on the Market Oversight Web site are proprietary. Due to contractual stipulations with data vendors, we are not allowed to share this raw information. This information can be obtained by subscribing to the data services provided by the data vendors. In some cases, the data comes from other government sources or from Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs). In these cases, the raw data is usually publicly available and can be obtained through their Web sites.
