Comment accepted on Willow Creek Winds Project (10/18/05)
Invenergy LLC submitted an interconnection request to BPA for up to 180 megawatts (MW) of power generated from the proposed Willow Creek Winds Project located in Gilliam and Morrow Counties, Oregon. to the Federal Columbia River Transmission System (FCRTS). BPA's studies proposed a plan of service to interconnect up to 150 MW from the wind project to BPA's Tower-Alkali 115-kV transmission line in Gilliam County.

Interconnection request received on Arlington Wind Project (02/08/05)
PPM Energy has submitted a generation interconnection request to BPA to integrate up to 200-MW of power generated from the
Leaning Juniper (Arlington PPM) Wind Project in Gilliam County, Ore. to the Federal Columbia River Transmission System. Public comments will be accepted through February 20, 2005.

Klickitat Subbasin Master Plan available for review (01/27/05)
This plan addresses proposed facilities, production protocols, monitoring and evaluation, and habitat improvements needed to
manage spring and fall chinook salmon, coho salmon, and winter and summer steelhead in the Klickitat subbasin through 2010. The Plan also addresses research needs for Pacific lamprey [BPA project no. 1988-115-35].
