Dairy Research & Extension Program
Joe Dalton, Extension Dairy Specialist
conducts educational
programs emphasizing the enhancement of reproductive efficiency,
milk quality, and risk management on Idaho dairy farms.
Current research focuses on factors important to increasing the
efficiency of artificial insemination in cattle. Dr. Dalton
cooperates
with other University
of Idaho faculty to strengthen and develop the Dairy Science Program
in the Animal and Veterinary Science Department.
