  
Water Heating System for Pre-Cast Operations
A specially-designed water heater is available for use in pre-cast operations where a low volume of hot water is needed on a continuous basis. This unit takes the place of conventional boilers for pipe, vault, pre-stress or block operations. The PWP-1000 system includes a one million BTU/H water heater, a 225 gallon mild steel water tank, and a pumping station. The pumping station consists of two pumps, one to circulate water through the heater and one to discharge water from the system. Features include liquid level sensors with water solenoid valve, liquid level sight gauge, adjustable tank temperature control and thermometer. Comes complete with motorized draft diverter/damper. The entire system is mounted on a rugged steel skid for portability. Choose from oil, LP, natural gas, or the new combination burner that allows easy conversion between oil and gas. All Sioux units are built to ASME code and are National Board registered. Operation is simple and the units provide reliable, trouble-free service for many years.
The Sioux Steam-Flo® is a portable steam generator that is designed to speed up the curing process for pre-cast concrete, pipe, pre-stress and block operations. This low pressure boiler saturates the curing area with steam, uniformly heating the concrete. This, in turn, speeds up the normal curing process. Benefits are increased output and faster turnover of forms. Due to its portability, the Steam-Flo is ideal for use in overflow production and outlying areas. It is also an excellent source of heat for thawing and de-icing aggregates. Units are manufactured and labeled according to ASME Code and registered with the National Board.
Steam Steam-Flo Steam Generator Speeds Up Curing
The Sioux Steam-Flo steam generator is ideal for wherever low pressure steam is required. This unit can be used in place of a conventional boiler for a variety of commercial and industrial applications. The generator produce 370-845 lbs. per hour of dry steam in minutes. The Steam-Flo provides continuous, unlimited steam. The unit is easy to maintain and built to last. Mountings include portable, stationary, or over-the-road trailer. The unit can be outfitted with an optional water tank and generator for completely self-contained operation.
The Steam-Flo vessel is registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, meets requirements of CSD-1 of the ASME Code, and is built to Section IV of the ASME code. Conventional Steam Cleaners and Pressure Washers for General Maintenance
Sioux also has a line of steam cleaners and pressure washers ideal for cleaning production machinery and plant equipment. These models dissolve grease, oil, dirt and grime and are excellent for cleaning buildings and vehicles as well as general facilities and grounds maintenance. Sioux hot water pressure washers are available as self-contained units with an integrated pressure washer and either a gasoline or diesel engine on a heavy-duty skid or over-the-road trailer; they are excellent for cleaning at remote locations or where there is no water or power source available. Sioux stem cleaners feature 320°F saturated steam. Pressure washers provide 200°F hot water pressure washing. Combination units are also available which provide steam cleaning, hot pressure washing and cold pressure rinse in one compact unit.
