South Commercial Street Lot: Owned by Singer Family Park Foundation, 180 marked spaces, 12 handicap spaces and 15 metered spaces with 10 hour limit. No overnight parking.

Rubenstein Lot: City owned. 518 marked spaces, plus 9 handicap spaces. Closed during snow emergencies (used as impound lot). Permit parking only from Monday through Friday, 8-5:30

Pine Street Lot: City owned, 159 spaces. Permit parking only Mon thru Fri 8AM to 5:30 PM

Hartnet Lot: City owned, 206 spaces. Permit parking only, Mon thru Fri 8AM to 5:30 PM

Pearl Street Lot: City owned, 328 spaces. Permit parking Only M-F, 8AM -5:30PM

Arms Lot: City owned, 356 spaces. Permit parking only, Mon-Fri 7AM to 5PM

Seal Lot: City owned,141 spaces. Permit parking only, Mon-Fri 7AM to 5PM

Bedford Lot: City owned, 108 spaces. Permit parking only M-F from 8AM to 5:30PM

Middle Street Lot: City owned, meters only, 68 spaces. 2 hour limit, Mon-Fri 8AM to 8PM. $.25 = 30 min., quarters only.
