Here we describe the contents of each of our back issues. You can use the site search box, under the menu items to the left, to find a page of interest then use your browser's "find" and "find again" functions to locate specific items of interest on a page.

If you would like to sponsor the on-line publication of one of these issues please contact us for more information. Sponsors can get a banner advertisement for as long as we maintain this web site.

To order paper copies of these back issues using our secure online system, click the "Add to Cart" button for each issue you wish to purchase. Your shopping cart will appear in a separate window, so that you can always know which issues you have selected. You may also order back issues by E-mailing or sending a letter to us with the following information:

• A list of the issues you want (indicating month and year)
• Your complete postal mailing address (remember, these are on paper)
• A check or money order for the total amount (in US dollars drawn on a U.S. bank only please) or
• Credit card information:
  • Credit Card Number
  • Credit Card Expiration Date
  • The Type of Card (MasterCard or VISA only, please)
  • Your name, exactly as it appears on the card
  • Your signature (unless via E-mail)

Back issues cost $3.00 each to addresses in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico and $6.00 each elsewhere in the world. Postage is included and all payments must be in U.S. dollars aand drawn on a U.S. bank (VISA and MasterCard make that easy!).
