• November 1, 2008: Growing Shiitake Commercially on Logs, Summertown , Tennessee, USA

  The staff of Mushroompeople will lecture, take questions, and demonstrate mushroom inoculation on logs to anyone interested in growing shiitake mushrooms. The class begins at 10 am and runs 5 hours. Lunch is $10 and tuition is $15 except to Tennessee residents who will have the tuition fee waived.
