Overview
The National Forest Foundation (NFF) has partnered with ski areas and lodges throughout the country to help maintain and enhance the quality of nearby National Forests and the experiences that visitors have there. The NFF matches its federal funds with donations voluntarily made by guests at ski areas and lodges nationwide, allowing guests to contribute to on-the-ground conservation projects that benefit the same National Forests on which they recreate. The program makes these aggregated funds available to nonprofit groups to implement conservation, restoration, and recreation projects that directly benefit these National Forests.
