National Forests are the centerpiece of America’s public lands. In addition to the resources - clean water, air and renewable wood fiber, National Forests are the outdoor recreation destination of choice for millions who ski, hike, camp, paddle, fish, hunt, and in other ways recharge their lives. The long-held American value of outdoor activity may be leveraged by corporations in search of a link for their brands and services to the millions of Americans who participate in National Forest recreation each year.
As the official nonprofit partner of the U.S. Forest Service, the National Forest Foundation (NFF) helps to link the corporate sector with the Forest Service and an array of conservation programs that reach segments of the forest-user population. A growing number of corporations and their marketing agencies turn to the NFF for assistance in developing appropriate business relationships that help meet marketing, public relations and employee involvement objectives, while providing much-needed support for National Forest conservation work.
