How to Order It is easy for you to purchase AIAA books through one of our Preferred International Retailers and Distributors. Click here for a listing of complete mailing addresses. order online Most publications may be ordered on the AIAA Web site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s fast, easy, and secure. Just find the items you want to order and click on the “Add to Cart” button. The item will be placed in your shopping cart. You may continue to browse, or checkout at that time. If you choose to continue shopping, the “View Cart” icon at the top of the screen will show you how many items have been placed in your cart. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the “View Cart” icon, review your order, make any necessary adjustments, click on “Recalculate,” then click on “Checkout now.” Enter your mailing and billing information and click on the “Continue” button. Enter your payment information and please tell us how you heard about the product. Click on “Continue.” Inspect your order and click on “Submit order” or “Edit.” A confirmation will appear on the screen and will be mailed to the e-mail address that you provided on your order. You may want to print a copy for your records. For Your Security Our e-commerce system has been updated to ensure the safety of your financial data. When you order online, you will need to provide the exact credit card billing address in the bill-to-address section of the shopping cart. You will also have to provide the CVV number--the 4-digit number on the back of your credit card. We will continue to update our systems to better serve you. All periodical subscriptions and orders made by individuals must be prepaid. Payment may be made via cash, check, credit card, or money order. Upgraded Delivery Options We are also happy to announce that our e-commerce system gives you the ability to choose different levels of mailing service for delivery of your book purchases. Options now include delivery within 1, 2, or 7 business days inside the U.S. (via UPS) and International Expedite Service (3-5 business days anywhere in the world) or International Air Mail (3-6 weeks anywhere in the world other than Canada).
