Clifton
Jeter, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Jeter is retired after more than 30 years of service to the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. During his tenure, Mr. Jeter served for over twenty years as Controller, Director of Finance, and then Chief Financial Officer. During his last ten years at the Center, he served as Vice President - Facilities, in charge of Operations, Maintenance, Contracting, Security and Auxillary Services, including Garage Operations.
He is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Howard University, an MBA in Management and Accounting from American University, and a certificate from the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard University School of Business.
Stephen
J. Hawkins, Vice Chairman
Mr. Hawkins has served at the USDA since 1979. Currently,
he is a Special Assistant to the Administrator of the Food
Safety and Inspection Service. He presently serves on the
Community Resource Board for the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Project
and is a member of the Friends of Maryland State Delegate
Obie Patterson Committee. Raised in the Washington,D.C., area,
he is a graduate of St. Albans School for Boys and Tulane
University of Louisiana (B.A in political science/international
relations).

E. Link, Treasurer
Certified Credit Union Director (CCD) by the Credit Union Executive Society. Agricultural Economist with the Economic Research Service/USDA (Retired). Partner, Economic Consultants Group. B.S. in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University. MS in Agricultural Economics, Montana State University. Post Graduate work at the University of Maryland, the London Business School, and the University of Oxford.
David
A. Rose, Secretary
Mr. Rose retired from the financial Management Division, Animal and Plant Inspection in March 2007 after 28 years service. He grew up on Eastern Long Island. He was an infantryman, combat photographer, reporter and editor in Vietnam. He has an Associate in Science degree from Northern Virginia Community College, a Bachelor in Science degree from Georgetown University and is a certified public accountant in Virginia. He has been a member of Agriculture FCU since 1979 and a volunteer since 1985.

Carter
Retired Deputy Director of the Automated Information Systems
Division, Rural Utilities Service. B.S. in Business Administration
from West Virginia State University. An AFCU Board member
since 1991.
Preston
A. Davis
Retired after 16 years of service from the Office of the Secretary,
USDA. Senior member of the Board - elected in 1973; served
on various AFCU Committees as Chairperson or member since
1976. B.S. in Business Administration, West Virginia State
University, MS in Administration, George Washington University;
Post graduate work, all studies, Harvard and Dartmouth; Purple
Heart Veteran with 21 medals and citations.

R. Ben-David, Esq.
Ms. Ben-David has been a member of the board since 1999. She is an attorney, having earned her J.D. with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law. She graduated with high honors form the University of Florida College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a B.A. in Anthropology and a minor in business Administration.

O'Connell
Ms. O'Connell is an attorney licensed to practice in New York,
Illinois and Tennessee. She graduated cum laude from the College
of Law at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
