Secure LincPass Badge Holder LincPass badge holders are used to protect against any unauthorized contactless access to information stored on the LincPass. The holders are officially termed “electromagnetically opaque sleeves”.To purchase LincPass badge holders for your agency, a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) has been established for USDA. All badge holders must be purchased via this BPA. The badge holder available, via this BPA, is the Logic First Skim-Shield Rigid-2, model LGF001. The cost is $2.31 per badge holder.
