• Cover Letter -This letter should be sent to the address below no later than April 2, 2008 and should include the following information:
  • other current and pending support for the project
  • how this work differs from advisor-funded work
  • if not yet granted KBS residence, a statement of the intent to do so

• Cover Page - Give project title, your name, department, KBS and campus advisors, as appropriate;
• Proposal Body - Not to exceed 3 pages, single spaced (exclusive of references); and
• Itemized Budget and Justification - Funds can be used for travel to field sites (not meetings), supplies and equipment.
