MANCHESTER, N.H. - November 2, 2008 - The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team ended its fall showing season at the University of New Hampshire on Sunday, November 2. The team had to ride some tough horses but there was a lot of improvement shown from the first show to their last of the season.
NEWTON, Mass. - October 26, 2008 - The Colby-Sawyer equestrian team had a solid showing at Mount Ida, on Sunday afternoon. With some of the toughest competition this season and hard draws on tough horses, the team finished respectively, in the middle of the pack.
DARTMOUTH, N.H.- October 19, 2008- In the second show the weekend for the Colby-Sawyer Chargers Equestrian Team, they received fifth place overall at the show hosted by Darmouth.
GRANTHAM, N.H.- October 18, 2008 - The Colby-Sawyer Chargers Equestrian Team won their home show, on Saturday, October 18 at Hidden Brook Farms. The Chargers were led by Brittany Goodhouse, who received high point rider for the day and Sara Juel-Larsen, who received reserve high point rider for the day.
MIDDLEBURY, Vt.- October 12, 2008- In the second show of the season, the Colby-Sawyer Chargers Equestrian Team tied for reserve champion with Mount Ida College out of a total of nine schools.
BURLINGTON, Vt. October 11, 2008 In the first Equestrian Team show of the 2008/2009 season, the Chargers finished fourth overall, only three points behind the third place team, the University of New Hampshire.

HADLEY, Mass. - April 5, 2008 - Colby-Sawyer sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) finished as the Walk-Trot division champion on Saturday at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Zone Championships at Mount Holyoke, qualifying her for the IHSA National competition, scheduled for May 8-11 at the L.A. Equestrian Center in Los Angles, Calif.
NEWTON, Mass. - March 30, 2008 - Senior Holly Tumiel (N. Waterboro, Maine) and sophomore Jessica McLavey (Merrimack, N.H.) qualified for the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Zone Finals thanks to their top finishes as the Colby-Sawyer equestrian team competed at Mount Ida at the Regional Championships Sunday afternoon.
