Maine State Harness Racing Commission

The Maine State Harness Racing Commission was established by Title 5, Section 12004G, subsection 32. The Commission is appointed by the Governor to oversee live Harness Racing and Off-Track Betting Facilities as well as the adoption of rules that ensure integrity for participants and fans.
