You’re reading this for a good reason – you understand that tamarisk, as an invasive non-native plant, is impacting the health of the West’s river systems. And, remarkably – you can help solve this problem. To be part of the solution, become a member of the Tamarisk Coalition for as little as $35 per year.

Since 2002 we have focused on establishing the Coalition as the most credible organization addressing the tamarisk problem. We now need your financial help to continue successfully providing:

• Educational Opportunities;
  e.g., 2007 Tamarisk Symposium and 2009 Tamarisk Research Conference – both (generally) biennial events
• Technical Assistance;
  e.g., state strategic plans for CO, NM, and KS; federal and state legislation; and tamarisk mapping/inventory in CO and UT
• Coordinating Support;
  e.g., watershed initiatives in CO, NM, UT, and AZ; and regional long-term management and funding development

Because of the active involvement of our partners and continued member support the Tamarisk Coalition continues to grow in numbers and influence. We have accomplished much, but we need your support to continue our efforts.
