The Deputy Attorneys General represent the ISDA in all administrative proceedings and contested cases and serve as the chief legal counsel for and principal legal advisors to the ISDA and associated boards and commissions.

The attorneys advise the Director and staff on legal issues including personnel issues, disclosure of agency records, ISDA legislation, rules, contracts, policies and leases.
