Our MandateNRC-CISTI is mandated under the National Research Council Act to provide the National Research Council and other Canadian researchers with access to the world's STM information. To fulfil this mandate NRC-CISTI maintains and provides access to its STM information resources, and publishes and disseminates the results of Canadian and international research.
