"Ensuring Compliance With the New Rule for Establishment and
Maintenance of Records Implementing Section 306 of the Bioterrorism Act"

Goal:

• To provide an overview of the final rule for establishment and maintenance of records;
• To provide answers to some frequently asked questions regarding the applicability of this rule to affected industry.

Target Audience: Domestic persons who manufacture, process, pack, hold, transport, distribute, receive or import food under FDA's jurisdiction and foreign persons who transport food into the United States.

How to Register: Please submit your registration information (including name, title, firm name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and fax number) at least 5 workdays before the meeting date. We encourage you to register on-line or by fax at (202) 479-6801.We will accept registration on-site. Space is limited and registration will be closed at each site when maximum seating capacity for that site is reached.
