Registration fees can be paid either by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard only!). return to top| Cancellation of registrations |
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference office MCI Wien Gmbh. (Doris.Steinbach@mci-group.com). A full refund less a EUR € 50.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before January 9, 2009. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after January 9, 2009. It is possible to replace the cancelled participant with another person.

The registration and information desk at the Vienna Hilton will be open
on Friday, February 13 from 12.00 to 17.00hrs, on Saturday, February
14 and Sunday, February 15 from 08.00 to 17.00hrs and on Monday, February
16 from 08.00 to 13.00hrs.
