This
program provides
1% loans to intermediaries to establish revolving loan funds
for the purpose of re-lending to small emerging private businesses.

USDA
makes Rural Business Enterprise Grants to public bodies, nonprofits,
and Native American tribes to encourage the development of small

Grants
from this program provide for technical assistance, training,
and planning activities that improve economic conditions in
rural areas.

loans/grants are provided to USDA-financed telephone and electric
cooperatives to establish revolving loan funds or single purpose
loans for businesses/job creation and community development
in rural areas. Recipients receive 10 year, zero interest loans.

Program (the single largest year for this program in Oklahoma).
