GPC Partnership Documents
You will need Adobe Reader to view some of the files on this page. See EPA’s PDF page to learn more.
The GPC Partnership Agreement (PDF) (3 pp, 158K) is a simple, two-page document that local governments must download, print, complete, sign, and fax to EPA on behalf of the community they represent in order to join the Partnership. You will need to provide community information, including a local government primary contact and communications contact, as well as basic information about your community’s green power purchase. GPCs have up to six months to complete a purchase that meets or exceeds EPA purchase requirements after submitting the Partnership Agreement.
The GPC Yearly Report (MS Word) (2 pp, 61K) is a document that Green Power Communities can use to update their purchase information. Your community will receive a Green Power Community Yearly Report from your assigned account manager on the anniversary of your Partnership or the anniversary date of your last purchase data update, whichever is most recent. The report will include the purchase information on record—your community need only confirm or update the information.
