Individuals that no longer wish to receive such communications may opt out . Requests will be processed immediately; however it may take up to 10 business days for list removals to be effective.

Infotrieve will NOT communicate or transfer a customer’s personal information to any legal or natural person outside of Infotrieve, either free of charge or in return for payment, except as is necessary to process payments or to fulfill document orders.

Infotrieve provides our customers with reasonable access to their own personal Information held by Infotrieve and the means to correct or amend that information.
