Acquisition Central (IAE) Integrated Acquisition Environment - New web site for the federal acquisition community and the government's business partners. Contains links to CCR, EPLS, FBO, eSRS, FedReg, FedTeds, FPDS-NG, ORCA, WDOL and others.

ASFI - Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business Web site.

Bidder Inquiry - The PROJect extraNet (ProjNet) is a web service that allows the secure exchange of design and construction information among authorized business partners in the context of specific business processess. After logging in click on the Bid tab and Bidder Inquiry on the drop-down list.

Business Partner Network (bpn) Business Partner Network is the single source for vendor data for the Federal Government. It is a search mechanism that provides views into several key data bases across Federal Agencies. These include CCR, ORCA, PRIRS, EPLS, and others.

CCR - Central Contractor Registration. Government vendors are required to register in CCR in order to view or download solicitations, or obtain CDs of solicitations, or be awarded contracts. Vendors are required to complete a one-time registration to provide basic information relevant to procurement and financial transactions. Vendors must update or renew their registration annually to maintain an active status.

CPARS - Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System hosts web-enabled applications that are used to collect and manage the library of automated contractor performance evaluations completed in accordance with FAR Parts 36 and 42. In general, contractor performance assessments or evaluations provide a record, both positive and negative, for a given contract during a specified period of time.

FedBizOpps (FBO) Federal Business Opportunities is the single government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps via the Internet. Through one portal - FedBizOpps (FBO) - commercial vendors seeking Federal markets for their products and services can search, monitor and retrieve opportunities solicited by the entire Federal contracting community.

FedTeds - Federal Technical Data Solution, an online dissemination solution designed to safeguard sensitive acquisition related information for use by all Federal Agencies and their approved business partners. All vendors must register with FedTeDS to download solicitation information.

GSA - Getting on Schedule: Under the GSA Schedules (also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules and Federal Supply Schedules) Program, GSA establishes long-term governmentwide contracts with commercial firms to provide access to over four million commercial services and products.

GSA Forms Library: Form SF330 - General Services Administration Forms Library: SF330 There is a new Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form (SF) 330. It replaces old SF 254 and SF 255 starting June 8th, 2004. Download or print the new SF 330 free of charge here (we prefer submissions in WORD format). Federal agencies use this form to obtain information from architect-engineer (A-E) firms about their professional qualifications.

ORCA - Online Representations and Certifications Application. Beginning January 1, 2005, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) will require the use of ORCA in Federal solicitations as a part of the proposal submission process. A web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage and viewing of many of the representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition Regulations and previously found in solicitations. SF 330 Part II information submitted to ORCA is transmitted to the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS) component of the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). You will need to review and/or update your ORCA record at least annually in order to maintain its active status.

PPIRS - Past Performance Information Retrieval System. PPIRS is a web-enabled, government-wide application that provides timely and pertinent contractor past performance information to the Federal acquisition community for use in making source selection decisions. Contractors my view their own data. Contractor access to PPIRS is gained through the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) process. A contractor must be registered in CCR and must have created a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) in the CCR profile to access their information.
