- My NIH Portal password is not authenticating.
You should use the same credentials for the NIH Portal as that you use for your NIH Domain Login.
- How do I change my NIH domain account password?
Password can be changed at www.mail.nih.gov under "User Section/Account Management".
You may also change it at password.mail.nih.gov.
- How do I get access to the ADB/Delpro?
The "Keyword Reset/ADB ID Reactivation Form" needs to be faxed to the
ADB group.
- I keep getting suspicious emails and SPAM.
Suspicious emails should be forwarded to the help desk as an attachment so the internet header information can be viewed.
SPAM should be forwarded to SPAMREPORTS@mail.nih.gov. After forwarding, permanently delete message(s)
from your computer.
- My computer keeps freezing.
Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to access the Task Manager and terminate the program that is not responding. Warm-boot computer if not responsive.
