Presenter Guidelines

Listed below are instructions and forms for presenters at AWWA conferences and workshops. Please refer to the specific formatting guidelines for preparing manuscripts, workshop materials, or posters, and complete the publicity information form, copyright release, and audio visual equipment needs form, and return to the AWWA staff contact listed on each conference or workshop call for papers. You are encouraged to e-mail all but the copyright form (signatures are needed). For information on specific conference guidelines, you may contact Susan Gunzner or Dana Trujillo.

These PDF documents provide formatting guidelines and instructions for your proceedings submissions only.  These instructions do not pertain to your actual on-site presentation.  All files should be submitted in Word 2003, PowerPoint 2003, or previous versions.  PDF files can be accepted.    Do not lock PDF files.

Workshop Materials Guidelines (For Workshop Presentations Only) [PDF]
This document provides formatting guidelines and instructions for submitting workbook materials. All workshop presenters are required to submit materials to be included in the workshop workbook for distribution to workshop attendees. The materials may include copies of your slides and overheads, workshop worksheets, hands-on documents, and any relevant articles or materials from other sources (with copyright release). Do not submit your manuscript for the workbook. Workbook materials can be sent as email attachments.
