    A nonprofit, housing organization that "builds and rehabilitates simple, decent houses with the help of the homeowner (partner) families. Habitat houses are sold to partner families at no profit and financed with affordable loans."
  • Rural Community Assistance Corporation.
    Housing Services Program has three areas of emphasis: Agricultural Worker housing, Self-Help housing and Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). This resource serves 13 Western states, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii , Idaho , Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
  • U.S. Department of Agriculture. Rural Development.
    These Housing programs help individuals by providing loans and grants for housing related needs.
  • Wells Fargo.
    This foundation partners with established local and national nonprofit housing organizations that have demonstrated the ability to create homeownership opportunities for low- to moderate-income families. They also support nonprofit housing organizations that help low- to moderate-income homeowners make necessary repairs and upgrades.
