NEPA Guidance

This site provides information on projects and actions being planned or analyzed by the BLM. All projects requiring analysis in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) are included on the Utah Environmental Notification Bulletin Board (ENBB) which provides for public notification for all BLM actions occurring in each of the Utah field offices as subject to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  This includes Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Environmental Assessments (EAs), as well as Categorical Exclusion (CX) level actions, and Determinations of NEPA Adequacy (DNA).
