NRCS and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers National Partnership The USACE and NRCS  has concurred on the jointly developed Partnership Action Plan.  The USACE/NRCS National Partnership Action Plan includes input from field staff from both Agencies as well as NHQ staff.  The Action plan was developed to help facilitate the implementation of the USACE/NRCS National Partnership Agreement. 	NEW! Bosque River Watershed Initiative-Texas (November 2008) TEXAS-Recent Bosque River Watershed MOA signed by Col. Chris Martin, USACE, District Engineer, Ft. Worth District and Don Gohmert, NRCS, State Conservationist, Texas. NRCS has completed an Ecosystem Restoration Project Plan for the Bosque River Watershed.
