Violation: ONE CONTAINER OF WATERMELON AND ONE CONTAINER OF PINEAPPLE WERE STORED IN AN UNCOUNTER REFRIGERATOR UNCOVERED.
Recommendation:7.3.3.2.1.1 Food shall be protected from cross-contamination by: (4) Storing the food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings.
