Corrective Action Notices


Corrective Action Notices (CAN) identify and address problems that may lead to additional costs, impact project schedules, or may be systemic in nature. They include a corrective action plan designed to eliminate the possibility of a recurrence, along with specific offices responsible for carrying out both immediate and permanent changes. When these changes alter any Baseline Document, a Baseline Document Change (BDC) Announcement follows.
