Each course is in PowerPoint format with accompanying audio
narration by the instructor. A transcript of each course is also
available. Each stand-alone
course varies in length from approximately 50 minutes to 120
minutes. Continuing education credits are available for
the PTSD 101 courses.
Each course is housed in a Course Module. Each Course Module includes the following:
- A brief description, goals, and objectives for the course
- The Powerpoint and audio files for the course
- Transcript (text) of the audio for each course
- The instructor's photo and biosketch

the VA/DoD clinical practice guidelines.

trauma populations.
Medical Issues
Courses address trauma treatment in terms of topics such as medical
issues, psychopharmacology, and related topics.
Resilience and Recovery
Courses address issues related to resilience and recovery.
Provider Self-Care
Course provides providers with insights and tips for self-care when
working with traumatized populations.
