CHAR MILLER LECTURES
Historian Char Miller, author, professor and Forest Service history
expert, delivered 30 lectures throughout the country about the
environmental and political history that developed and shaped the
Forest Service. His talks illustrate the agency’s past and
speak directly to the present. Using photographs, cartoons, and
other illustrative material, he weaves an exciting tale about the
Forest Service’s contributions to the nation and the controversies
that swirled around its actions.
Char Miller was in Flagstaff on February 3, 2005, at the Cline Library
Assembly Hall, Northern Arizona University.
