Gulf War Reviews

Gulf War Review Newsletters

ABOUT THE "REVIEW"  -    Newsletters are published to offer as much up-to-date information as possible for veterans, and may provide valuable context to understand the development of clinical programs or the maturation of the research agenda.   With the September 1997 issue, the name of this publication changed from "Persian Gulf Review" to "Gulf War Review" to be sensitive to individuals of Persian ethnicity.  Veterans who participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm are now referred to as Gulf War veterans rather than Persian Gulf War veterans.  The benefits and services that these veterans are eligible for are unaffected by the name change.  Newsletters are in PDF Format.  To view the PDF files, free Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded now.

Please  note  the phone number for Board of Veterans Appeal Court has changed to 202-501-5970 #1010, the old number is listed in GW Review dated October 2000, page 9.
