Q: What were the composite and agency average rates for Western wholesale power and transmission in FYs 2002-2004?

 

A: The Western-wide average power rate for FY 2004 was 17.68 mills/kilowatthour; the average firm transmission rate was $1.53/kilowatt-month. The following tables detail these rates by project.
