Rangelands Wildlife, Fish, and Rare Plants

Rangeland management activities focus on grazing and browsing activities by livestock and wildlife on National Forest lands. The use of forage and browse resources is greater than livestock-grazing use, which has been our historical emphasis. Rangeland managers are concerned about the management needs of wildlife, fish, and rare plants on rangelands as well.
