Southwestern owns and maintains 1,380 miles of electric transmission lines that range in size from 69,000 volts (69 kV) to 161,000 volts (161 kV).
It is important to contact Southwestern prior to crossing the transmission line easements (right-of-way) with any encroachments.
To protect the public and ensure reliable operation of the transmission lines, Southwestern has a review process that will identify any safety or
