About FERC FERC Annual Reports
Each year the Commission publishes its Annual Report to Congress.
The Annual Report is a separate Congressional requirement not
required by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
It gives information on the Commission's major activities for
the most recently completed fiscal year. It reports on the major
program areas, including accomplishments, goals, and new initiatives.
